"Easy to customize without feeling risky"
I liked how much control I had over my eventcombo page. I could adjust the event page, ticket types, questions, and even parts of checkout without feeling like I was going to mess everything up. I’m the type who double-checks settings before going live, so I appreciated being able to review things as I went. A few options took me a minute to find, but overall it worked really well for what I needed

So... the event setup did work in the end, but a few of the steps weren’t super clear. I had to spend more time figuring things out than I expected, but I eventually got it done.

I found the marketing tools easy to get the hang of. Personally, I really liked being able to send emails and check what was working without having to jump between a bunch of different places. It took me a little time to get everything set up at first, but once I did, it was smooth. For my event, it definitely helped get more people to notice it.

The tickets worked fine in the end, so no major complaints there. Checkout was kinda slow though, and I was sitting there wondering if it was just me or if anyone else had the same issue?

"Super easy website builder"
I used Eventcombo to put together a site for our event, it was simple. Like, the builder didn’t feel overwhelming or confusing, which I really appreciated. I was able to change pages, add the event details, and make everything look nice enough without having to ask a designer for help. It definitely saved me a lot of time. A few things took me a minute to figure out, but overall, yeah, it worked really well and the final site looked clean.

We had a huge crowd at our event, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. No issues at all, which gave us a lot of confidence. They clearly know what they’re doing, and I’d feel good trusting them again for a big occasion

"Reporting could definitely be better..."
I used Eventcombo for an event, the basic setup was totally fine!! Nothing too complicated there... But the reporting and analytics side was kind of disappointing for me. Some of the numbers weren’t super easy to track, and exporting the data wasn’t nearly as smooth as I expected?! I ended up double-checking things manually, which sort of defeats the whole purpose, you know?? It works overall, but if you really need clean, clear reports... it’s not great

I used eventcombo.com to handle registrations for a small work event, i mainly cared about whether people could sign up easily and whether I could keep track of them without a hassle. On that front, it worked well. The setup was straightforward, and I could quickly see who had registered without clicking around forever.
The attendee list export was probably the part I paid the most attention to because it saved me time when I needed to share updates with the team. A couple of settings were a little tucked away, so it took me a minute to find them, but nothing major. Overall, it did what I needed and made the registration side much easier.

"Pretty easy to use, but I’m still torn"
The site was easy to use overall, though I did get a little confused in a few spots. I usually stick with another brand I’ve used for years, so I was kind of comparing everything as I went. This one was decent and got the job done, but I’m not fully sure it’s enough to make me switch yet.

"Integrations were smoother than I expected"
We already use a handful of tools, and Eventcombo connected with them easily. The ticket data and attendee info sync without me having to do much, which saves a lot of time before events. I did have one small setup question, but support got back to me quickly and helped me sort it out. Overall, I’m really happy with it, and since I was asked to share my experience, I’m also expecting the promised compensation to come through.

I bought a ticket for a local tech event, the whole thing was simple from start to finish. The confirmation email came through right away, the QR code scanned at the door without any issues, and I didn’t have to deal with downloading an app or figuring out extra steps. Based on how easy the actual experience was, I’d definitely use it again.

"Really flexible for our workshop"
I used eventcombo for a local workshop we were putting together, what I liked most was that I could tweak a lot of things myself without having to stop and contact support every five minutes. Tickets, discount codes, emails, the check-in stuff… it was all manageable once I started poking around.

I did spend a little time hunting for a few settings, so it wasn’t totally instant, but once it clicked, it made the whole setup feel way less stressful. Kind of one of those tools where you realize halfway through, oh okay, I can actually make this work the way I need it to.

"Refund came through, just slower than I hoped"
I had to cancel my ticket, and to be fair, the refund did eventually show up. It just took longer than I was expecting, I kept checking my bank app and the little pending/posted status every day, which got a bit annoying. Support did reply when I reached out, but not exactly quickly. Nothing was a disaster, and it all worked out in the end, but the whole process could definitely be a bit smoother

I used Eventcombo for a small event, it was more frustrating than I expected. The support team did respond and they were polite, so I’ll give them that, but it took longer than I hoped and I had to repeat the same issue a couple of times. Some parts of the platform worked fine, but overall it felt clunky and not super intuitive. I also got the feeling they care more about getting you onto the platform and paid than making sure the experience is actually smooth. Not the worst service I’ve used, but I probably wouldn’t rush to use it again

I tried this after a friend recommended it, and overall it gets the job done. The email tools work fine, but the whole experience feels a bit clunky at times, and sending or loading emails can be kind of slow. Not bad, just could be smoother.

I was expecting the payment setup to be more of a hassle, because those things usually end up taking longer than you think, but this was straightforward. I got everything connected without running into any major issues, and the payments started coming through like they were supposed to. The payouts also landed when I expected them to, which was nice because I didn’t have to keep checking or wondering if something was stuck. I did have one question during the process, but support got back to me quickly and cleared it up. Overall, it just worked the way I needed it to.
